Intro to Yoga + Meditation

Are you new to yoga? Have you ever tried meditation? This series was designed just for you! An adult beginner’s series that starts with the basics, and progresses through a variety of yoga poses and modern meditation styles, guaranteed to bring some calm into your life! For real! If you do not feel better after this 10 week session we will refund your money!!!
Series Fee: $150+hst
Drop in Fee: $16+hst
Session 1: Monday 5:30-6:30 pm, April 1st – June 17th
Session 2: Saturday 8:15-9:15 am, April 6th – June 22nd
Note: No classes on Apr 20th, 22nd (Easter Weekend), May 18th, 20th (Victoria Day Weekend)
Each class is 60 minutes in length, please arrive 15 minutes before class starts.
